What are the conditions for returning my products?
Perishable items such as B. Food and CBD flowers are excluded from a return. For reasons of hygiene, bongs, pipes, vaporizers or the like can only be returned if they are unused and sealed in the original packaging. CBD oils can only be returned if they are still sealed. All items must be returned in their original packaging sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged.
How does the return work?
If you want to return an item, please contact our support. Products can only be returned to us after approval by a member of our team. If your product is eligible for a return, you will receive an email from us with further instructions. If not, we will of course also inform you.
Are returns free of charge?
Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item has arrived damaged or is being returned under warranty.
How long does it take to process my return?
Your return will be processed upon receipt
If your item is on delivery damaged please inform us as soon as possible. Please send us an email to Support, with a picture of the damaged product and your order number. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I received an incomplete order. What should I do?
We apologize for an incomplete order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
We apologize for sending you the wrong product. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
How does the refund work?
In the event of a refund, we will ask for a valid international bank account number (IBAN) and your bank's BIC code. We will process the refund within 5 working days after we have received all the required information. It should be noted that it can take 1-2 working days for the banks to process the bank transfer.
If the transaction was processed via your credit card, the credit will be credited to your credit card account.
